First responders are dealing with a massive water main break in Hollywood.
Calls about the flooding, in the 6000 block of Fountain Avenue, came in around 9:31 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The water main, which is shooting water some 30 feet into the air, appears to be forming a sink hole in the area, LAFD says.
Several homes in the area are being evacuated as a precaution, according to authorities.
Crews with the L.A. Department of Water and Power and the Department of Transportation have been notified.
