A Riverside gentleman has pleaded responsible on Wednesday to breaching the U.S. Capitol during the January 6 riots in 2021.
The suspect, 45-yr-previous Andrew Alan Hernandez, is experiencing felony rates right after pleading responsible to aiding and abetting in the obstruction of an official proceeding.
He could experience up to 20 decades in prison with additional financial penalties.
Officers say on January 6, 2021, Hernandez attended a rally on The Ellipse, a park near the White Residence, right before heading in the direction of the Capitol building.
