MOSCOW -Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Language President Xi Jinping will speak about tensions in Europe and “aggressive” U.S. and NATO rhetoric throughout a video name on Wednesday, the Kremlin said.
The dialog will take place at a moment of top pressure in both countries’ members of the family with the West, with Beijing under pressure over human rights and Moscow over its construct-up of troops close to the border with Ukraine.
